Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a program, course, service, physical, or digital product, either partially or in full, you agree to the following terms:
Agreement
These terms outline your agreement between you (the Customer), Lauren Best (the Service Provider), and Possibilities Universe (the Company). Should any questions or concerns arise regarding these policies, please bring them to my attention.
Confidentiality
The Service Provider agrees that the content held at each session remains confidential to create a strong foundation and alliance that will support the Customer in reaching their goals. The Customer is free to share whatever they choose from their sessions with their spouse, family, etc., as this is a powerful way of reinforcing new insights and skills.
Session Preparation
All post-coaching reflections, previous session work, and/or coaching prep sheets must be completed by the Customer 24 hours prior to the next session and submitted via the instructions set by the Service Provider.
Recording Policy
Workshop sessions may be recorded by the Service Provider without being redistributed to the attendees. Failure to attend a live workshop will not guarantee that the Customer will have access to the session recording for later viewing. Private sessions may be recorded upon request by the Customer and will be made available by the Service Provider for download within 14 days after the session for personal viewing only.
Customer Responsibility
The Customer is 100% responsible for their own progress and results. The Service Provider or Company has no control over the results, and therefore, the Customer understands that their results are not guaranteed. The Customer commits to full participation in the services provided by the Consultant and understands that nothing is guaranteed in business. While the Service Provider will do their best work, it is ultimately up to the Customer to do the work. The Customer acknowledges that individual results may vary based on their personal efforts and other external factors.
Commitment to Services
The Service Provider agrees to complete the agreed-upon program, course, or service paid for by the Customer, and nothing more without further commitment and payment for additional programs, courses, or services.
Enrollment and Confirmation
Possibilities Universe accepts certain enrollments at any time. Once the fees have been paid by the Customer and received by the Company, the Customer will receive an email confirming their purchase and providing instructions for the next steps.
Extra Support
Extra support will be made available to the Customer based on the terms set by the Service Provider.
Decision-Making and Liability
The Customer is the sole decision-maker throughout the program, course, or service. Any and all actions or consequences resulting from the sessions are the responsibility of the Customer, who releases the Service Provider from all liability pertaining to the services rendered. The Service Provider is not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or treat the Customer for any medical-related conditions.

Customer Requirements
The Customer is required to commit time, cooperation, participation, health, collaboration, open-mindedness, critical thinking, responsibility, authenticity, growth mindset, strategy, ownership, and goal setting. To successfully complete the program, participants need to follow the teaching modules, session explorations, and course flow.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in CAD unless otherwise specified. All taxes are included within the check-out price for Canadian customers. All payments must be made before services are provided unless otherwise specified. All payments are final, and no refunds will be offered.
Intellectual Property
Lauren Best and Possibilities Universe retain the rights to all intellectual property created by the Service Provider and Company. The Customer agrees not to disclose, sell, or deal with the materials created by the Company except in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Product-Specific Terms
1. Digital Products: Digital products will be delivered electronically. The Customer is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary software and hardware to access and use the digital products. Once the digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned, and no refunds will be provided.
2. Physical Products: Physical products will be shipped to the Customer at the address provided during the checkout process. The Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information. The Company is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses.
3. Shipping and Handling: The Customer is responsible for any applicable shipping and handling fees. Estimated shipping times are provided, but the Company does not guarantee delivery dates.
4. Defective or Damaged Products: If a physical product is received in a defective or damaged condition, the Customer must notify the Company within 14 days of receiving the product. The Company will provide instructions for returning the defective item, and upon receipt, a replacement or refund will be issued at the Company’s discretion.
Termination of Agreement
This agreement will be terminated without notice if the Customer fails to pay any amounts owing to the Company by the due date. Possibilities Universe reserves the right to terminate this agreement if a breach of the terms occurs. Upon termination, the Customer will no longer have access to any Client portals, recordings, materials, etc. The restrictions imposed on the Customer regarding the material provided, payment obligations, and disclaimers will survive termination.
Website and Client Portal Disclaimer
The Company does not warrant that the Website or Client Portal will be uninterrupted or error-free or that the Site, its content, or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. Possibilities Universe does not guarantee against third-party interference or compatibility with third-party software or hardware. The Company is not liable for any default due to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, lockouts, industrial actions, fires, floods, storms, or other events beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify the program, its partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, employees, and agents from any claim arising directly or indirectly from the Customer's acts and omissions in using the Site and Client Portal pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. The Customer acknowledges that while receiving a program, course, or service from the Service Provider or Company, they will not hold Lauren Best or Possibilities Universe responsible for their personal business or career success, including income and client attraction.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. The Customer’s continued use of the products and services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
