By paying for a program, course, or service either in partial or in full, you agree to the following terms below:

The following terms outline your agreement with Lauren Best (Service Provider), Possibilities Universe (Company), and yourself (Client). Should any questions or concerns arise regarding these policies, please bring them to my attention.

​

The Service Provider agrees that the content held at each session remains confidential to create a strong foundation and alliance that will support the Client in reaching their goals. The Client is free to share whatever they choose from their sessions with their spouse, family, etc., as this is a very powerful way of reinforcing new insights and skills.

​

All post-coaching reflections, previous session work, and/or coaching prep sheets must be completed by the Client 24 hours prior to the next session, and be submitted via the instructions set by the Service Provider.

​

Workshop sessions may be recorded by the Service Provider without being redistributed to the attendees. Failure to attend a live workshop will not guarantee that the Client will have access to the session recording for later viewing.

​

Private sessions may be recorded upon request by the Client to the Service Provider and will be made available by the Service Provider up to 14 days after the session for the Client to download for personal viewing only.

The Client is 100% responsible for their own progress and results. The Service Provider or Company has no control over the results and therefore the Client understands that their results are not guaranteed. The Client commits to full participation in the service provided by the Consultant and understands that nothing is guaranteed in business, and that the Service Provider will do their best work possible, but at the end of the day, it is up to the Client to do the work. The Client acknowledges that individual results may vary based on their personal efforts as well as other external factors that may influence their results. The Service Provider and Company do not guarantee a particular outcome, and are not liable for any loss, damage or other expense which the Client may suffer as a result of using the services of Lauren Best and Possibilities Universe.

The Service Provider agrees to complete the agreed upon program, course, or service paid for by the Client and nothing more without a further commitment and payment to additional programs, courses, or services.

Possibilities Universe accepts certain enrollments at any time. Once the fees have been paid by the Client and received by the Company on the terms below, the Client will receive an email from the Company confirming that their purchase has been received. The Client will then receive the instructions for the next steps for the program, course, or service.

​

Extra Support will be made available to the Client dependant on the terms that were set by the Service Provider.

​

The Client is the sole decision-maker throughout the program, course, or service. Any and all actions or consequences resulting from the sessions are the responsibility of the Client. The Client releases the Service Provider of all liability pertaining to the services rendered. The Service Provider is not a medical professional and cannot diagnose or treat the Client for any medical related diagnoses.

It is the commitment of the Service Provider to bring forward the best results, clarity, and actionable advice that will help the Client reach their goals by:

• Understanding through active listening

• Guiding by asking powerful questions

• Co-creating the best environment

• Strategizing action steps that feel authentic and aligned

• Making the work bite-sized, inviting, and fun

• Challenging growth and exploration of the subconscious mind

• Looking at the possibilities from all angles

• Telling the truth

• Respecting boundaries

• Offering support and motivation

The Client requires a commitment of time, co-operation, participation, health, collaboration, open-mindedness, critical thinking, responsibility, authenticity, growth mindset, strategy, ownership, and goal setting. It is our experience that to successfully complete the program, participants need to follow the teaching modules, session explorations, course flow, to do the work to receive results.

All prices are displayed in CAD unless otherwise specified.

All taxes are included within the check-out price for Canadian customers.

All payments must be made before services are provided unless otherwise specified.

​

All payments are full and final and no refunds will be offered.

​

Lauren Best and Possibilities Universe retains the right to all intellectual property (whether registered or not) that is created by the Service Provider and the Company, and the Client agrees not to disclose, sell or deal with the materials created by the Company in any way other than in accordance with these terms and conditions.

​

This agreement will be terminated without notice if the client fails to pay any amounts owing to the Company by the due date. Possibilities Universe reserves the right to terminate this agreement if a breach of the terms occurs. If the Clients agreement is terminated they will no longer have access to any Client portals, recordings, materials, etc. The restrictions imposed on the Client with respect to the material provided, payment obligations, and the disclaimers and limitations of liabilities contained in these terms and conditions will survive termination.

The Company does not warrant that the Website or Client Portal will be uninterrupted or error free or that the Site, its content or the server are free of viruses or other harmful components. Possibilities Universe does not guarantee against third party interference or that the Website or its content will be compatible with third party software or hardware. The Company is not liable for any default due to an act of God, war, terrorism, strike, lock-out, industrial action, fire, flood, storm or other event beyond the Company’s reasonable control.

The Client agrees to indemnify, the program, its partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, employees, and agents for any claim arising directly or indirectly from the Clients acts and omissions in using the Site and Client Portal pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. The Client acknowledges that while they will be receiving a program, course, or service from the Service Provider or Company, that they will not hold Lauren Best or Possibilities Universe responsible for anything related to their personal business or career success or otherwise, including income and client attraction.
